Why do you want the position you are applying for? (150 words minimum)[/color]: I would like To be Boss because for one he is my favorite clone in star wars, and I am a very good leader for a small but deadly squad. I also would like to become him because in multiple servers I was Boss, like I said I am a very good leader I will try to keep my squad away from mother other troops because we are Commandos, and we deserve to do things on our own sometimes, but most of the times we will stay where ever we are needed... I will make sure all of my squad makes it back to the base and we will do whatever it takes to win because we are RCs we will fight and we will WIN. in other words, I WILL be a perfect fit for this role I will surpass any means necessary of becoming The leader of Delta Squad i will surpass any test any person or thing (droids) who try to stop delta and we will put them down! making sure no one will ever try to stop us from winning we will think out side the box a little bit and then we attack! If so, state what they are:[/color] Yes, on Titan Networks I was Boss and Hunter ( because of the delta being replaced by BB ) I was CMDR Cody on a server, I was also General Kenobi. and I was CMDR Blitz 13. (75-word Minimum):[/color] A good Commander takes courage, self-sacrifice. and to think outside the box, I am the perfect fit because I can do all these things I will make us stand out and make sure we can win any fight that comes our way! I am a really good leader that I am 100% that we will win any fight and if the enemy does win one time.... they won't ever again if I have anything to say about it I will make sure my troopers are safe and sound and they will always be safe i will not force them to do PT if it is unnessacary but if they mess up i will make sure they never do it again! or i might really have to do a HARD PT. i will make sure not even my troops are safe and the admiral is safe from danger. I will use all my strength to make sure everybody is ok I don't care about if I get hurt all I care is to save everybody to risk my life. [color=#e67e22]14. Why should we consider your application over other applications?(100 word Minimum)[/color]: I should be considered over the others because I can make up my own type of formations and make sure all deltas do their jobs and not just one of use shining through the mission, but all of us working together I can make sure of that because, well I have experience of bad people, bad teammates, and I CHANGED them I made one sev that always strayed off work with a team, I can inspire my squad to always work as a team those are the reasons I should be chosen over other candidates I can make a team full of loners into a team full of teammates i will make sure that our trooper will stay safe and get back home after every battle we face! 15. Well I will give a quick summary of the lore Boss the leader of the elite squad of RDs called Delta Squad with the following members Scorch, Fixer, and Sev. Scorch is best for demolition and Fixer is best for tech-based objectives and Sev is more sniper based and they all work together with their techniques to take down any foe. their first mission was at genosis at the start of the Clone Wars, Delta Squad would go on to play an instrumental role in the recapture of the RAS Prosecutor [b]During the clone wars, Delta Squad consisted of a team of clone commandos [/b][size=100][b]“Boss”, “Fixer” Scorch” and “Sev who served in the grand army of the republic in the aftermath of the massacre on the planet Devaron Delta squad recover the bodies of Jedi master Hasey and his Padawan Knox and brought them back to the Jedi temple on courasant Their first ever mission was the battle of genosis. Scorch is called “scorch” because his eye brows got scorched off during a bomb training, He is the demo of the group. Fixer is the Technician of the group and Sev is the marksman[/b][/size][b] [/b](i put that in doc) Sev died on the planet kashyyyk while on a turret Delta squad was forced to leave by yoda that was the last of Sev as Delta squad continued on (after order 66) They work as IC (imperial Commandos) still without Sev, Boss Fixer and Scorch continued on to be commandos. (10 being the greatest.)[/color] i would rate my self a 10 on many server i have made RC to its fullest and i made sure they never did anything wrong, i like when my troopers give me criticism and i can fix my way through and make sure I never do it again!, I will make sure that my troopers are safe and sound 24/7 even when I'm not on! How would you handle a trooper disobeying orders on the battlefield?:[/color] I would tell him that if he keeps on messing around when we get back to base there would be PT if he is a CT i will let who ever is in charge of them handle it. 1[color=#e67e22]9. You are preparing an assault on a CIS fortress, you have 1 AT-TE and 50 troopers available including yourself. How would you do it?:[/color] I would put the AT-AT in the far left away from most explosions and the troops split up while Delta squad sneaks through to get the leader the clones would be fighting the main force to distract the main force of droids i would have CT in the front with 501st while 212th and the rest stay right behind and 41st on the high ground making sure we don't get attack we would take the base out with a Blitz formation and clear the area out of droids and the leader taken hostage (unless if it is a droid then we kill it) question the leader and get more info off of him then we move on to bigger battles [color=#e67e22]20. You are heavily outnumbered by enemy forces and you are preparing a retreat. You spot a squad further ahead being pinned down and with no way to escape. What would you do?:[/color] I would rush to higher ground with a turret and help out the other squad while risking my own life I help the others live make sure the squad is safe and help them regroup with the main force to get medical needs and then continue our mission [color=#e67e22]21. You are in a LAAT with 2 Medics, 5 Privates and 1 Captain. The LAAT takes a direct hit and goes down. Everyone in the LAAT is heavily injured but you. Who do you save and why?:[/color] I would save the medics to help with the others and then once we are out of the crashed site we get to cover and call for help. making sure everyone is safe we would soon get to back up and let the medics help the injured while the ok troopers continue on and do their job! --------------------Agreement-------------------- I, [color=#c0392b]Pointless[/color] agree to follow the server rules at all times, follow the ranking structure, to command my battalion to the best of my abilities, and take command of operations when needed.
