Why do you want the position you are applying for?(150 words minimum): I want to apply for Bacara because i fell that with my leader shit skills i can help make GM into one of the best battalions in the server I have a bunch of strong leadership quality that makes the perfect fit for Bacara i am also great at communicated with my troops and other troops if needed i fell that i have the right knowledge and skill to play and lead with bacara the main reason i want it is so that i can start to get player in GM and make it the best battalion on the server that all the other battalions will look up to and if there is ever a mission GM will be the first to take it and always finish it as swiftly as possible and to show why GM is the best battalion not only on the base but in the Republic[/b] [b]12. In your own words, what makes a good commander?(75 word Minimum): What makes me a good commander is my ability to lead a large number of forces into smart tactical positions and  locations on the battlefield with GM I hope to use our jet packs to provide support to the other battalion in combat situations I am able to give my order fast and effectively on the battlefield I also have good relations with all the other commanders and just about most of the players as well[/b] [b]14. Why should we consider your application over other applications?(100 word Minimum): I think you should  consider me over them because i have way more tactical knowledge and the skill to prove it i have ability i give out orders that provided the best possible outcome when going into any situation i have also great relations with other commanders so as a commander i can work well with them which means that their forces will work better with GM which will help make the whole forces of every battalion work better i also have some of the best aims on the server so that i can help train up my GM to make them one of the most accurate forces on base[/b] [b]15. How would you run the battalion you are applying for? Anything regarding how hard the tryouts are, seriousness, organization, anything else you think should go here: I would try to keep GM as serious as possible my first action would be to make a discord for GM then set up a try docs it would involve a good use of tactical and skillful knowledge to join GM [/b] [b]16. What do you know about the battalion that you are applying for? (100 word minimum): I know i good amount about GM I know that they were one of the main forces on the assault on mygeeto and that they are specialized in operating in some of the harshed environments out they GM are also able to man and operate UT-AT into battle the whole GM force consisted of around 36,000 troops With my position as bacara i am cc-1138 and Barbara  is one of the best clones the republic has to offer he is also one of the most feared and deadly clones on the battlefield with a rumor that he has kill over 2000 droids with his forces alone[/b] [b]17. How well are you at working with others, specifically other commanders on a scale of 1-10? (10 being the greatest.)8 i know just about every commander on the and i think i work with them all well[/b][b]                                                                    --------------------Situation Questions--------------------[/b]  [b]18.How would you handle a trooper disobeying orders on the battlefield?: I would handle a troopper by first telling them to to follow orders our they will be court masheled and if they still aren’t following orders i will have shock detain them[/b] [b]19. You are preparing an assault on a CIS fortress, you have 1 AT-TE and 50 troopers available including yourself. How would you do it?: Well what I could do is split the 50 troops into groups of 15 and a group of 20 and I would have the 2 groups of 15  one on the right one on the left their group of  in the front as we try to escort the AT-TE in to the cis base to blow through their wall and then ino the base one in the base I would leave 15 troops to defend the AT-TE then I would have the rest of the troops push in as one big unit using their jet packs to get high ground in neutralizing all droid then we would blow up the base.[/b] [b]20. You are heavily outnumbered by enemy forces and you are preparing a retreat. You spot a squad further ahead being pinned down and with no way to escape. What would you do?: what i would do is command my troops to use their jetpacks and get the ground and try and pick off some of the droids surrounding them and clear a pathway for there escape [/b] [b]21. You are in a LAAT with 2 Medics, 5 Privates and 1 Captain. The LAAT takes a direct hit and goes down. Everyone in the LAAT is heavily injured but you.
